PORTLAND FOOD HALL
Located in the Yamhill Historic District, this 9,002 SF two story plus mezzanine building will be a food court on the first floor and mezzanine, with offices on the third floor. The original character of this existing building and its architectural integrity were respected while minor alterations were made to its exterior storefront including new windows. Architectural elements such as a mezzanine, which is set back approximately 40 feet from the street, are used to reveal important interior spaces and activities. Visual and physical connections are created via a welcoming two story entry atrium, and two large lightwells which illuminate interior activities from the street.
