JAKE’S RUN TOWNHOUSES

This infill project in the historic Kings Heights neighborhood consists of three four-story townhouses and a separate shingled Carriage House containing two smaller units and five garages. The buildings flank a central brick court, which serves as both intimate entry and vehicle access.

The overall Jake's Run Townhouses design is an expression of English Arts and Crafts principles, characterized by simple volumes of stucco, shingle and wood siding, with little overhang or ornament. Finishes emphasize natural materials: cedar windows, siding and shingles, fir trim, and rough stucco finish. National and local American Institute of Architects award winner.
